A tiny, dark platform where the Hogwarts Express ends its journey north from Platform Nine-And-Three-Quarters. The station is located near the lake, and from there a road extends around the lake to Hogwarts Castle.

honeyduke's sweet shop
A sweetshop, owned by a man and his wife, which is filled with shelves upon shelves of the most succulent-looking sweets imaginable. In addition to the standard wizarding candy that is sold there, the owners also make their own fudge and chocolate. A hidden passage way to Hogwarts is located in the cellar.

the post office
The only wizarding post office we ever hear of, where at least three hundred owls, from Great Grays to tiny Scops ("Local Deliveries Only"), wait to carry messages. They sit on shelves that are color-coded, depending on how fast you want your letter to get to its destination. It is also referred to as an owl office.

Falsely rumored to be "the most haunted building in Britain," the Shrieking Shack is a favorite stop on any Hogsmeade visit.

the three broomsticks
A well-known inn and a frequent haunt of Hogwarts students. It's warm and comfortable, is packed every time students go in, and is a great spot to drink butterbeer, although they also serve firewhisky, gillywater, mulled mead, red currant rum, and even cherry syrup and soda with ice and an umbrella.

weasley's wizard wheezes
Zonko's was a favourite place for Hogwarts students to shop until the Weasley twins came into town. They carry Dungbombs, Hiccup Sweets, Frog Spawn Soap, and Nose-Biting Teacups. Initially the twins ran their business as an owl-order service, but they acquired premises during their final year at Hogwarts and set up shop at Number 93, Diagon Alley. This now run by George Weasley and his wife.

secret passageways - 1 Viewing
Hogsmeade and Hogwarts have a shared history, as well. There are at least eight secret passages that run between the school and Hogsmeade, all but two of which were built for reasons unknown. Hogwarts third-floor corridor to Honeydukes cellar, Whomping Willow to the Shrieking Shack, The Room of Requirement to the Hog's Head Inn, and A secret passageway behind the mirror on the fourth floor.
