So, this lovely lady here portrayed by Katie McGrath is a convicted criminal who used to reside in a cell right next to Lucius' (which means she probably has a tattoo with either the numbers 8995 or 8997). The personality/age/reason she's been convicted is completely up to you. She escaped with Lucius, only by accident. Here's what happened.
So, Lucius grabs his wand and blows up his cell, killing an auror and destroying the cell door of said lady as well. When the dementors attack he casts a patronus, giving enough time for the lady to quickly grab him while he apparates. Story resumes when he escapes from Azkaban with her and voila.
Adventure/romance/horror/survival thing? They are to be finals, in a relationship of madness, feels, evading the aurors and stuff. Maybe they help each other with their madness/problems/end up mad as the mad hatter, who knows. :)
