[rs=2] | James Potter is the first born to Harry and Ginny Potter. Born in the year of 2005 St Mungo’s Hospital James was named after Harry’s father and godfather two most important people in Harry’s life. James inherited a few personality traits from several different people from the Weasley twins James inherited their personality. James has a sense of humour and a love for mischief he’s always getting himself into trouble on the wrong side of the law but when it comes down to it James has a good heart and would do anything for his family and friends. James enjoys teasing other people but he does have a carrying nature. When James turned eleven he received his welcome letter from Hogwarts and was excited to attend the school because he wanted to learn magic; something that he always wanted to do. James was sorted into Gryffindor a house he thought was always suited him the most. James continued on the years at Hogwarts while making new friends he also watched his brother and sister get sorted into their houses even though he often teased Albus about being sorted into Slytherin a house that he disliked the most but that didn’t stop James from teasing his younger brother about it. One day however he found a map at home. James’s was looking around at his father’s den and discovered the marauder’s map a map that allowed him to know where everyone was at Hogwarts and the secret entrances that the school had. Excited about this James took the map for himself and decided not to reveal this little discovery to anyone but himself; only he would know the secret behind how he got around the school so quickly. James even though he does use humor and he tries to fast talk his way out of every situation does love to flirt with women despite everyone’s dislike to this side of his personality. James has a great deal of love for the game of Quidditch; he has his very own broomstick and always wanted to play for his own house whenever he got the chance to do so. James however isn’t sure what he wants to be after he graduates he would either play Quidditch or actually join the ministry of magic as an Auror like his father. At seventeen years of age James is undecided and would most likely change his mind several times before finally deciding on what to do. Other skills James possess is his intelligence. James is quiet the thinker able to get himself out of trouble quickly and adapt to his new surroundings quiet well. James is an excellent duellist in his own mind; his creativity always comes into play when he’s duelling he would always come up with new ways to defend or attack his enemies though this is always shown when he duels random Slytherin’s only because he provoked them into duelling as stated before his skills does include flying as he practiced on his father’s old firebolt broomstick when he was much younger which of course is out dated by now. James does have a great understanding of magic and is considered a show of when he performs magic all the time and when he shouldn’t of course. James looks very much like his father did at his age and many people do comment on this; however James doesn’t wear glasses like his father or grandfather had to do which wouldn’t be a problem for James if he had to do so. James is a person that isn’t worried about what he looks like he would simply fight back if someone decided to tease him about his appearance. James has short black hair; he did have it longer at one point but decided to have it short as he realized that he hated long hair. Just like his father James has shiny green eyes something he rather liked about himself. James has an athletic type of body to which he shows of when he flirts. James likes to take risks above everything else and he enjoys parties like the next teenager. One of James’s biggest flaws would be his loyalty and love for humanity. James would do anything for a complete stranger even though he shows everyone his personality as being the trouble maker and all. THE SAMPLE RP Whoosh! The sound of leaves falling to the ground could quickly be heard as James rushed passed on his broomstick. It was four in the morning and some would probably be asleep by now or getting up to go to work but for James Potter he was practicing his flying skills for the new term to begin. James wanted to get better and to do so he needed to practice every day and the long backyard of his home was the perfect place for him to do so. James’s home was in a magical community and so his fears of being caught by any muggle was no fear at all at most he would probably be caught by a witch or a wizard rather than a muggle. James smiled at that very thought as he made a sharp left and flew towards a ring that he magically created himself. James heard the sounds of a large rock that was supposed to represent a boggart. Grinning to himself James flew upwards as he dodged the rock as it hit the tree close to his house; he sighed as it just missed the window of his parent’s room. If that rock hit and smashed his parent’s room they wouldn’t be happy with him right about now and that would be the fourth broken window they would have to fix this week but surely they understood he had to practice both his parents played for their house teams when they were at school and after all he meant well. James flew through the fifth ring as he narrowed down a small stone that was bewitched to escape him at all costs. James was practicing to become a good seeker but James in himself had flaws that every seventeen teenager had so all was goog. Another two hours passed and the sun was rising to bring forth a brand new day but for James he was still flying around the yard escaping large rocks that wanted to harm him. James thought that he should kick it into gear and flew faster he reached his hand out and caught the stone and as soon as he stopped he realized that he was near his parent’s window again he needed to work on that for next time. Laughing at that very thought James took out his wand and stopped the bewitchment of the rocks; stone and watched as the many rings vanished from sight. Training was done for the morning but this afternoon James would be out and training again before dinner time. It wouldn’t be long before the new school would begin and his last year at Hogwarts would determine what James would do with himself for the rest of his life but for now he would think about that for another time. Today was also the day of his apparition test and after today if he passed he would be able to apparate from place to place without getting into trouble; though knowing James he would find a way to get himself into trouble with that. |
