[rs=2] | Born in London in 1989; Wyatt’s parents didn’t have much at the time of Wyatt’s birth but they struggled on. Wyatt’s father died shortly afterwards from a serious heart attack and Wyatt’s mother carried on looking after her only son. When Wyatt turned eleven he was so happy that he received the letter for Hogwarts. Wyatt actually was in his mother’s shop at Diagon Alley when the owl came flying through the window scaring half the customers; however Wyatt was quick to open the letter and couldn’t stop talking about it weeks afterwards. Upon arriving at Hogwarts Wyatt discovered that he was gifted in magic. Wyatt excelled in defence against the dark arts, potions, transfiguration, herbology and charms. He was gifted among these the most but he did do well in other subjects as well. Wyatt continued to excel at Hogwarts with each passing year earning Owl’s in his required subjects and then in his seventh and final year Wyatt did very well in earning Newt’s in the subjects that was required. After finding what an Auror did Wyatt wanted to become one and he applied after graduating not knowing what life was in stall or him but knowing that at this moment in life this is where he wants to be. After the intense application process Wyatt was finally accepted to take part in Auror training. The training program was difficult for Wyatt he hadn’t faced anything like it in the past however after several months of training in defence and the art of stealth and other training methods Wyatt graduated and became a fully-fledged Auror something that his mother was proud to witness. Wyatt was happy working with the Auror’s his life was actually complete and he couldn’t think of doing anything else. Wyatt was on call for most of the time; he worked on crimes that took him all over the country but he never did once complain at all. Wyatt continued to work as an Auror for eight long years before finally getting into a bad situation. There were still dark wizards around and Wyatt was with several other Auror’s as they ambushed a group of known dark wizards that were rising up to do no good. Wyatt went in first throwing spells at the group while a couple of Auror’s went in the back way. This however turned out to be a trap as Wyatt was about to discover. There were a lot more dark wizards then anyone noticed and most of Wyatt’s group were killed and Wyatt himself was seriously injured. Wyatt’s backup soon arrived and they disbanded the dark group. Wyatt’s injuries was severe and it took a few weeks before he could fully recover but his mental status at the time was fully right. Wyatt decided that he would quit the Auror’s because he realized that what he thought was the perfect job wasn’t the perfect job anymore. Wyatt decided that in order to get his mind in the right place again he would travel the world just to discover what he was looking for. Wyatt began to see what other countries did for defence he learned other cultures in his travels and by the time he returned back to London he was a new person better than he was before now knowing what he wanted to do. Wyatt saw what other countries did to teach the young to defence against all things dark in nature and Wyatt wanted to do just that. Wyatt noticed that there was an opening for the defence against the dark arts position for Hogwarts School and decided that he wanted to teach students what he had learnt from his travels. Wyatt’s application was accepted and he packed his bags to Hogwarts and became the new Defence against the Dark Arts Professor; though this was his first teaching role Wyatt adapted well. This year will mark Wyatt’s third year at the DADA Professor and he couldn’t be more happier where he is. Wyatt is a strong willed person; would do anything for anyone no matter who they were. Even though he was a Gryffindor student at Hogwarts he doesn’t have that hatred for Slytherin’s he’d teach them the same he would teach everyone else. Wyatt has an open door policy for everyone; if you want to come and talk with him he would listen and try to help no matter what the time is. Wyatt believes that his students should be prepared for anything when they graduate and so he likes to teach magic that would be useful and some magic to joke around with just on the lighter side of things before getting into the serious stuff. Wyatt believes in a good mix of theory and workbook activities but he does like to mix up his classes as well nothing to tough for students that he believed can’t handle the advanced stuff. Wyatt has a friendly nature to him always happy and cheerful though some would say he’s too cheerful but that’s just him. Wyatt does have another side to him. If someone were to push Wyatt into a corner and get him really angry then he would be a force to reckon with. Wyatt would only attack if he were attacked first and could see no other way even then it would be only force defence it would have to be something really dangerous before he would even to begin using an offence spell on another person with intention of causing them great harm. Wyatt passed through the many different corridors that Hogwarts School had; he used to get lost in this place but now had had gotten to the many different corridors and staircases that decide to change on you at any given notice it just seemed like Hogwarts wanted to wanted to play jokes on you at the best of times; even when you wanted to get to places that you needed to be but it worked out in the end. Wyatt grinned to himself as he continued to walk remembering the first time that he had gotten lost in these walls. Wyatt had just finished up the lessons for the week and being Friday he had the weekend to himself; however he would have loved that idea but in reality he had papers to look over and mark and to work out what his lessons was going to be for the following week it had been a very busy week for him but he was glad that it was over and done with and he hoped that next week would to prove better. Wyatt enjoyed his time teaching students that wanted to learn defensive magic and he was always open for them to be taught. Wyatt never hide any kind of magic from his students even magic of darker nature. Wyatt talked about that sort of magic but never used it nor did he show the students how to use the dark magic. Wyatt believed that anyone in their sixth or seventh year should only have a better understanding with that sort of magic and only those in years that he deemed old enough to see the magic did he ever show the magic to students. Wyatt always talked to the head of Hogwarts about using said magic because he believed that the students should gain an understanding on how to defend themselves against the evil magic when they leave these walls of protection. Wyatt smiled at a couple of students as he walked passed them; he wanted to head to his own room before making it down to the teacher’s table for dinner. Wyatt could get a few papers marked before dinner and it would help him out in the long run. Wyatt continued to walk down the corridor and towards the teacher’s designated rooms. It didn’t take long before he reached his office; the room itself was connected to his office which was good it meant that he didn’t have to go very far at all. Wyatt placed the papers down on his desk and yawned it had been a very long day for him; however it was over with. |
