Normally, the punky gryffindor would be sitting by the lake. She liked it better there. But at the moment, it was occupied by two students snogging like dogs in heat. She looked to make sure they were still there and sighed when her hopes were crushed and they were still there..... going at each other. Not that she had a problem with people snogging and couples. She wasn't a prude or anything but it would be just awkward to sit there while they did what they were doing, right? She was fine with where she was for now and for once the lawn wasn't too occupied so it was easy for her to find a nice place to sit and collect her thoughts. She looked at the little design on her shoe and was finally happy with the way it turned out. It was just a swirly design. It wasn't her best artwork but her shoes were running out of room for places to draw on which only meant she needed a new pair. She sighed and tried to move the hair out from her face as she rummaged through her backpack, papers flying out as she rummaged through her books, finally finding what she was looking for... a comic book. It was a Marvel comic with lots of men in capes or tricked out armor. She read silently pausing to look at the pictures that unlike most pictures in the wizarding world stayed still and did not move or talk...they were just still. This was because the book was not from the Wizarding World but was made by muggles. It was one of Allie's favorite comic series...The Avengers... a series in which her best friend Patrick introduced her to. There were definitely perks of having a Muggle-born as a best friend. |
